In this section, you can make basic settings for Resource Planning :
Custom net capacity (percent)Available from Vertec 6.7.0.5. Shows, in the utilization graphs , a third line with the reduced net capacity. The capacity graphs , in turn, show the reduced capacity as the free capacity. Planning levelProject or phase: You must decide whether you want to operate Resource Planning at the project or phase level. A combination is not possible. PropertyName: Changing the planning levelIf the planning level is changed while the operation is already running, the planning data of the respective other level are no longer displayed. Switching from project to phase level and vice versa is not carried out. |

Planning intervalYou can choose between day, week or month. A combination is not possible. PropertyName: If this setting is not already set, the following message appears when calling up Resource Planning: Change the planning intervalIf the planning interval is changed while the operation is already running, the following message appears: The existing data is converted to the new planning interval. If there is a large volume of data involved, this can take a very long time. If the interval has to be changed, we recommend that you perform the changeover at off-peak times or at night and set the planning interval to Not set first. In this case, no more planning data can be entered. This ensures that no data is lost. |
