Using addresses in Word reports, optional arguments when printing

If the Registration of reports option is activated when registering reports in Vertec, the Run Report dialog appears first when running a report:

Address: |
The recipient address. For the project, the customer is the default. Via the button with the three dots, an alternative address can be selected, which will be used once for printing the report. This will then appear here in green font. The word template of the report must be adapted accordingly to use the correct address. In the document, the report address is listed as a Context Variable

Output format |
This selection is shown for Office Reports and Vertec-generated legacy word reports . The default value is the value stored in the Report Registration . |
Regarding |
Optional. Can only be written if a memory path exists. Here, the subject of the Report Registration document for the currently generated report can be temporarily overwritten or set to date. At this point, OCL can no longer be used. |
comment |
Optional. Can only be written if a memory path exists. The comment specified here is used as the text of the activity. In the document, the subject is available as the context variable |
Create Activity |
This option can only be selected if a save path exists. If this option is activated, an activity is created and the document is linked to it.
You can also select both options. In each case, only one activity is created and linked to several entries in Vertec. |
