Requirements

  • The Expert product line is a prerequisite for this plug-in.
  • The Budget & Phases module must be licensed.

Application

This plug-in creates the root folder sale with the following subfolders:

Search for offers

SQL folder for filtering Offered according to the following criteria:

All open offers

SQL folder  with a list of all offers with Status Angebot .

Offers awarded

SQL folder  with a list of all offers with Status Erteilt in the selected period.

Completed offers

SQL folder  with a list of all offers with Status Abgeschlossen in the selected period.

Rejected offers

SQL folder with a list of all offers with Status Abgelehnt in the selected period.

Offered phases

SQL folder  with a list of all offers with the activated via Combobox Status . The list can be filtered by customer and project.

The list also shows the probability of each project phase, which is expected to occur during the Field Probability can be registered.

By specifying the probability, the value in the column Budget Honorare gewichtet calculated accordingly.

Sales activities

SQL folder with a list of activities of the Type Sale, with the following criteria:

Forecasting

Note: This folder will no longer be created. In existing installations, it can be deleted manually if necessary.

Includes all project phases with Status Offered, accepted, or completed with an end date in the specified interval. Represent the expected average turnover over the period.

Probability

In addition to the root folder sale, the plug-in displays a field on the project phases in which the probability can be entered:

  • If the status changes to Accepted or Completed, the probability is automatically set to 100.
  • If the status changes to Rejected, the probability is automatically set to 0.

In folder Offered phases the project budgets are weighted accordingly.

Since this only makes sense on phases with status offer, the plug-in sets the system setting Status for new project phases on Angebot . If you do not want to use it this way, you can reset the system settings manually.
