Download the plug-in with the following download link and install it in your Vertec. The exact procedure is in the article Things worth knowing about the plug-ins described.

Requirements

• For this plug-in, the product line Expert is required.

Application

The plug-in creates the subfolder “Overview Absence” under “Evaluation” in the root folder root foldersubfolder The list of absences can be filtered by time period, team leader and employee.

The tooltip shows all absences, including hourly absences, for the day. By default, active absences are shown in green and scheduled (inactive) absences are shown in yellow.

By clicking on the button, the absence of this day will be opened in a new tab. If several absences are entered on one day, a dialog will be shown with the corresponding list:

The colors of the absence types can be customized under Settings > Users in the Absence Types folder. An overview of all available colors can be found in the article List settings .
