Application

This plug-in creates the root folder Address and CRM with the following subfolders:

Address search	SQL folder for searching for Addresses .
Companies
	Company search SQL folder , by address of the species company seeking.
	Companies by industry keyword folder for companies with Exclusive Function. Addresses of type Company can be assigned to one of the keywords Industry 1, Industry 2 or Industry 3. The keywords can be adjusted or expanded if necessary. For more information, see the keyword folder .
	Companies by address type keyword folder for companies. Addresses of type Company can be assigned to the keywords Prospect, customer, supplier and Other. You can customize the keywords or add new ones.
Contacts
	Contact Search SQL folder , by address of the species Contact us seeking.
	Contacts by category keyword folder for contacts. Addresses of the type Contact can be assigned to Category 1, Category 2, Category 3 keywords. You can customize the keywords or add new ones.
Persons
	Search for people SQL folder , by address of the species Personality seeking.
	People by category keyword folder for contacts. Addresses of type Person can be assigned to Category 1, Category 2, Category 3 keywords. You can customize the keywords or add new ones.
Distributor	keyword folder for contacts. Addresses of the type Contact can be assigned to the keywords Newsletter and Christmas card. You can customize the keywords or add new ones.
Activity search	SQL folder for searching for Activities :
Email Search	SQL folder for searching for Activities with the contact type Email according to the following criteria: For the activities, `email` must be entered as the contact type: The Message Body, Sender, and Recipient fields to search for are located in the activity on the More Info page.
Evaluations
	Addresses that have not been updated since effective date SQL folder , which shows all addresses that have not been changed since the effective date. The criterion is the change on date on the More Info page of the address. The effective date is 1 January three years ago.
	Customers with no activities since effective date SQL folder , which all customers – i.e. addresses that deposited as a customer in a project are – shows for which no address activity or project activity has been entered since the effective date. The default effective date is the first of the last month.
