Yes, Vertec can also be used as a mobile time recording system. With the Phone App, available for both Android and iOS, you can record services, time and data using your smartphone.

Vertec has an interface to Microsoft SharePoint Online (Microsoft 365). The Vertec sales partner Lean Business AG distributes an M-Files Connector for Vertec. Customer-specific extensions also exist for the DMS iManage, for example.

The Information Security Management System (ISMS) of Vertec Group is certified by accredited auditors in accordance with ISO 27001, the “gold standard” of information security. Vertec pays great attention to data protection and security, which also means that we only work with suppliers and data centers whose ISMS are certified according to ISO 27001.

The data traffic from the Vertec Cloud Suite instance (server) to the Vertec Web App (which runs in a web browser), the Vertec Cloud App or the Vertec Phone App is encrypted via TLS. This protocol also guarantees the identity of the remote site, in this case the Vertec Cloud Server.

Customers of the Vertec Cloud Suite are advised to protect their logins and access to Vertec with strong passwords and 2-Factor authentication enabled.

This is completed by our “best-of-breed” understanding of software and our practice-based industry expertise for the rapid development of individual functions. The concept is based on easily customizable functions, which yet cover 80 % of the industry's standard requirements.

Each law firm has individual requirements – be it for mandate processes, approvals or individual evaluations. Throughout our implementation projects, customer solutions are created that fit exactly to the relevant law firm. Our know-how from these implementation projects is used to further develop our software and make it better.

Different customer projects thus create a common basis for functions such as invoice splitting or deadline management. As soon as a completed function is ready, we publish it for free as an “additional feature” on our Knowledge Base. This is how industry expertise becomes software.

The field-proven additional features usually provide at least 80 % of the functionality of a requested function. The 20 % remaining can be delivered lightly and quickly with individual adjustments.
