Connect your vertec to the largest swiss network of lawyers
The additional feature GetYourLawyer extension is specifically aimed at lawyers from Switzerland. It aims to simplify data exchange and mandate management with the GetYourLawyer lawyer portal. To this end, it acts as the extension from Vertec to GetYourLawyer and ensures that records do not have to be maintained in two systems. You still enter services and expenses in Vertec, but simply transfer them to GetYourLawyer at the push of a button. This saves a considerable amount of timehours
In order to connect Vertec and GetYourLawyer, a token is stored in Vertec and the URL to the GetYourLawyer API is entered. In the next step, once the processor users in Vertec have been identified and assigned by the Lawyer ID and the mandates have been identified and assigned in case the GetYourLawyer ID, the data transfer can begin.
The transfer is carried out per case. As the image below shows, a right-click on the respective case is sufficient or you can click on “Data transfer GetYourLawyer” in the “Actions” menu.
All open services and expenses of a case are always transferred. In addition, it is helpful that if services and expenses have already been transferred, it is automatically checked whether the latest changes are newer than those available in GetYourLawyer. If this is the case, an update is carried out.
The import of the additional feature creates the following settings in the system settings case:
An custom field item GetYourLawyer ID is created for each case and user.
