As a System Engineer for our IT infrastructure and cloud services, you will ensure that everything runs smoothly and remains future-proof. You will take care of the maintenance and further development of our Windows and Linux systems and ensure the continued functionality of our internal communications services. Your ability to solve challenges proactively helps our team to work efficiently and securely. With your understanding of IT processes and your experience in dealing with complex system environments, you will create real added value and ensure the long-term success of our IT services.
As an IT professional, you will develop a comprehensive understanding of the needs of our infrastructure and combine this knowledge with the continuous optimization of our systems
You will manage our networks and firewalls, make sure all systems are up to date, and bring your systems technician skills to the day-to-day management.
You evaluate and implement new software solutions.
You reliably solve hardware, software and network problems while ensuring the best possible availability of our IT services.
You support the further development of our IT processes and contribute new ideas to continuously improve efficiency and security.
You work closely with different internal teams to ensure that all systems are optimally aligned.
You specialize in Windows systems, but you also have experience with Linux systems.
You are familiar with Windows 10, Windows Server and the management of networks, firewalls and virtualization (Hyper-V) and scripting for example with PowerShell is no stranger to you.
You are team-oriented, conscientious and prioritize efficiently.
You are flexible and willing to build up new knowledge independently to ensure the continuous development of our IT.

Unsere IT-Infrastruktur basiert auf einer Windows-Umgebung. Für die Virtualisierung nutzen wir Hyper-V. Unser internes Kommunikationssystem läuft über 3CX und für Netzwerkmanagement und Sicherheit setzen wir auf professionelle Firewall/Netzwerk-Lösungen. Zudem verwenden wir für das Monitoring PRTG und Veeam als Backup-Tool. Unsere Prozesse koordinieren wir über ein zentrales Qualitätsmanagementsystem und ein Grossteil unserer Arbeit ist auf Security, Automatisierung und Standardisierung ausgerichtet.
Das IT-Team steht im kontinuierlichen Austausch mit anderen Abteilungen, insbesondere wenn es um Anforderungen für interne Systeme und Kommunikationslösungen geht.
